Privacy policy

This policy describes how Aquila Dev Labs handles information in Ballpark Keeper Lineup and on this website. Contact us at support@aquiladevlabs.com.

Team information stays on your device

The app stores team names, seasons, player names and jersey numbers, batting statistics, lineup preferences, availability, lineup history, recorded plate appearances, and selected team logos locally. Lineup calculations and CSV processing run on your device. No account is required, and the app does not automatically send your roster or statistics to Aquila Dev Labs or a lineup-analysis service.

The app does not include advertising, tracking, or a separate third-party analytics service. App data is not automatically synchronized through an app-managed cloud service. Your device backup settings may allow Apple to back up app data.

Images and imported files

If you choose a team logo, the app uses the image you select through the system photo picker. If you import a CSV or backup, the app reads the file you select. Those selections are used for the requested app feature; the app does not upload them to our servers.

Backups and sharing

You control when to export backups, lineup cards, or text and where to send or save them. Backups may include all team and player information and logos. PDF cards may contain player names, jersey numbers, batting statistics, and your team logo. Review exported content before sharing it.

Saving to iCloud Drive or sharing through Mail, Messages, AirDrop, or another service places that copy under your chosen service and recipient's control. Their privacy practices apply. The app also keeps recent local safety copies before replacement restores.

Your controls and retention

You can edit or delete teams and remove team logos in the app. Local app information remains until you delete it or remove the app. Deleting current team data does not erase separate exported files, device backups, or earlier safety copies. You control exported files through the location where you saved them; safety copies retained within the app may still contain earlier team information.

Support and beta feedback

If you contact support, we receive your email address and whatever information you choose to send. We use support messages to answer questions and resolve issues, and retain them only as needed for those purposes and applicable obligations. Do not send sensitive player details unless necessary for your request.

When you use the TestFlight beta, Apple collects beta crash and usage information and may provide it to us, along with feedback you submit. We use this information to diagnose problems and improve the app. We do not sell beta feedback or share it with third parties. For details about Apple's handling and retention, see Apple's TestFlight privacy information. Contact support for access or deletion requests relating to feedback we hold; Apple's records are managed separately.

Young players

This app is intended for coaches and adults managing team information. We do not request accounts from children or automatically collect children's roster information. Coaches should enter and share player information only with appropriate authorization and avoid including unnecessary personal details.

This website

This site is hosted by Cloudflare. Hosting and security services may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy. We have not added advertising, analytics scripts, or tracking cookies to these pages. Links to Apple TestFlight and other external services are subject to those services' policies.
